This Refund Policy applies to paid professional services offered by ANSI Analytics and Consultancy, including consulting, implementation, training, and related engagements. Website content and general inquiries are free of charge.
Project-specific payment, cancellation, and refund terms in a signed proposal or service agreement take precedence over this policy where they differ.
Fees for consulting and implementation are typically milestone-based or time-and-materials as defined in your agreement. Work performed and deliverables accepted are generally non-refundable.
If ANSI Analytics is unable to commence agreed services due to reasons within our control, we will offer a full refund of any advance payment for undelivered work or, at your option, reschedule the engagement.
If you cancel before work begins, any advance payment for unstarted deliverables may be refunded minus documented third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
If you cancel after work has started, refunds apply only to the unused portion of prepaid fees for milestones not yet started, as stated in your contract.
Training sessions cancelled by the client with at least 7 calendar days' notice may be rescheduled once without penalty, subject to trainer availability.
Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice, or no-shows, may forfeit up to 50% of the training fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If ANSI Analytics cancels a scheduled training, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled session.
We encourage clients to contact us first at ansari.thamimul@gmail.com to resolve billing concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior discussion may affect future engagements.
Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
